Code of Conduct Policy
At Graceful Heart Yoga we maintain a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere so that our students are free to practice without judgment. We ask that students kindly treat each other with respect and dignity so that we may all benefit from this healing atmosphere. Graceful Heart Yoga instructors adhere to the Codes of Conduct as outlined by the Yoga Alliance. Privacy Policy
As a general policy, we use personal information and message data for internal purposes only. We do not sell or rent information about you. We will not disclose personal information or messaging or emailed data to third parties without your consent, except as explained in this Privacy Policy.
Graceful Heart Yoga cooperates with government and law enforcement officials to enforce and comply with the law. We may therefore disclose personal information, usage data, message data, and any other information about you, if we deem that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process (such as a subpoena or court order), or enforceable governmental request; (b) enforce the Terms of Use, including investigation of potential violations thereof; (c) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues; or (d) protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of the Company, its users or the public, as required or permitted by law.
Cancelation Policy
Graceful Heart Yoga understands that life can be unpredictable. Should you need to cancel your private lesson for any reason, you may do so up to 24 hours prior to the appointment and the cancelation will be processed without a penalty.
Cancelations of private or semi-private lessons that are made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a charge of half of the class rate. This includes appointments where Graceful Heart Yoga is unable to access the location of the private class, is turned away, or the client is unavailable.
Should Graceful Heart yoga cancel an appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, a new appointment will be scheduled, without penalty to the client, subject to teacher & client availability.
